Catering Weddings, Funerals, Partys, Reunions, assisted living facilities, and anything in between. Experience Prepping food, waiting, and busing tables for 250+ people. Adapting to a vast variety of work stations with little resources. Working under high pressure while maintaining composure and presentation.

Coming in after hours two days a week by myself to wipe down tables and chairs, vacuum the carpet and rugs, sweaping, mopping, cleaning the bathroom. Maintaining a presentable clean state for the shop.

Busing and cleaning tables, Washing and organising dishware for as many as 50 people in the shop. Also other work like taking out the trash, opening and closing duties, prepping any food for the deli line, or any other task I was presented with.
