I am a very hands-on and attention to detail type of person. To maintain your clientele and to attract new costumers, it's all about the first impression of your building. It needs to be clean and presentable, all the equipment needs to working properly, which comes with solid maintenance practices. The majority of your costumers are driving in with their prized possession and one of their most expensive purchases, so the carwash need to feel welcome and that they will leave satisfied knowing their vehicle looks great again.
To achieve this, it takes staff all to be on the same page, which requires good leadership and direction. I'm a do as I do type of person, I will never ask a staff member to complete a task that I wouldn't perform myself.
I consider myself as a very hard worker and dedicated person that takes a lot of pride in any task that I take on.
