• Knights of Columbus- I coached a basketball free throw team which eventually competed in the Knights of Columbus free throw competition. This included coaching students aged 9-12 once a week for the few months leading up to event.
• Canadian Mental Health Association- Crisis line volunteer This included over 70 hours of intensive basic training in communication skills, knowledge of community resources, suicide awareness and prevention, crisis intervention, bereavement, and special calls. As well as 60+ hours of volunteer hours as a distress line operator
