Bilingual human resources specialist with a strong knowledge of labor law, I have evolved in various sectors of activity, especially mining companies where I have developed a solid experience in staffs management. I mastered labor law process proper to mining industries and I am able to management various issues proper to mining sector with high quality of accuracy. With over 10 years’ experience, I specialise in implementing local policies and talent management. My aim is to contribute to a dynamic organisation whilst improving the working environment and ensuring compliance with regulations.

  • Achievements: After having cleaned the social environment (Claims in court and labor) through regularization and implementation of the proper process to mining companies, we have improved the working atmosphere.
  • I have played a major role in the negotiations with the staff delegates with regard to dismissals for economic reasons.
  • We have made more than 500 layoffs without litigation or subsequent claim.

The minerals were transported to Amara's existing heap leach operation at the Kalsaka Gold Mine for processing with the same resources and additional manpower.
  • Achievements: Successfully hired new recruitment for the new subsidiary in a harsh environment.
  • We have succeeded in involving the communities in our recruitment activities.
  • We have succeeded in revising the salary scale downwards and maximizing the profitability of the project.
