Completes batch record and logbooks.

Inspects,labels and packages filled cartridges according to appropriate SOP.

Perform and records all line clearance and cleaning.

Follows GMP and regulatory requirements and ensure quality standards are met.

Observes and supports all safety guidelines and regulations.

• Confidently set up machines and controls a high speed production line to ensure efficiency and quality
• Experience with computers, electronic settings, and pressures, troubleshooting, solving for faults/alarms and resetting equipment
• Experience with sanitization, Good Manufacturing Practices in a food plant, identifying risks
• Preventative maintenance, inspecting and maintaining equipment, detecting and correcting issues before they occur
• Communicates with supervisors, quality, and team members to ensure the highest quality standard is achieved in the safest environment.

• Ensure cooking stations are sanitized and prepped with necessary tools
• Prepares pizza sauces, prepares and stores pizza dough
• Order supplies, maintain inventory
