• Prepare corporate and personal tax returns.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and supporting working papers.
• Process journal entries, which are the results of daily/weekly/monthly transactions.
• Reconcile monthly bank and accounts, month-end close, balance sheet accounts and follow up on any outstanding items.
• Direct and supervise accounting functions including accounts payable, resident accounting and payroll.
• Process vendor invoices by collecting, reviewing, and inputting invoice details into our financial systems.
• Prepare and provide for review, all payments to be paid on a weekly basis, based on the terms set with vendors and deadlines internally setting.

We help our clients understand and manage their audit compliance and reporting obligations responsibly and proactively. We help them assess, improve and monitor their audit function’s processes, controls and risk management and maintain effective relationships with the audit authorities.

• Collaborate with engagement team to plan the audit objectives, and determine a risk-based audit strategy for the engagement
• Recognize industry-specific and general accounting and auditing issues, including revenue recognition, business combinations, debt and equity accounting, etc. Determine appropriate audit approach for such areas
• Provide guidance to audit staff and participate in audit procedures that impact more complex or specialized issues facing a client.

• Handling a Senior auditor role on various audit and assurance engagements: acceptance and planning including risk assessment and definition of our audit strategy, fieldwork.
• Managing and supervising junior auditors during all engagements.
• Recognize industry-specific and general accounting and auditing issues, including revenue recognition, business combinations, debt and equity accounting, etc. Determine an appropriate audit approach for such areas.
• Closely work with the Managers / Senior Managers / Partners in charge of the engagements.
• Communicating with clients on a day-to-day basis and developing a relationship.

• Updating the audit plan and the risk-analysis.
• Following up on the confirmation procedure.
• Verifying different sections of the cash balances and financial statements by using audit tools.
• Monitoring the administrative organization and the internal controls.
