Physical activities, and relaxation hobbies

I enjoy biking in the summer months at least twenty minutes at a a time throughout the season, I swim occasionally. I enjoy hiking  an hour a day while walking my dog usually. I enjoy short canoe trips with my husband at least a few times a year while we  camp with family.  


I enjoy knitting throughout the winter and I have reached the level to make a sweater and enjoy giving scarfs as presents. I  read daily, and enjoy daily meditation.
