To summarize I hope you consider me for this position as I feel I could bring a wealth of knowledge. I am a team player and understand team dynamics. Nothing makes me happier then seeing how my abilities can help an agility team achieve success.
I have worked in the field of canine fitness for over 7 years. My work has been with all types of fitness, recover from injury, chronic pain and world athletes. I have designed fitness programs for Justine Davenport's young dogs to prepared them for their agility careers.
Over the last 5 years I have worked towards completing my Canine body works certification and now offer fitness and canine body works to my clients.
I combined my knowledge of fitness with massage therapy to best identify the strength and weakness of my clients and prepared fitness programs designed with this in mind.
Recently this year I had a booth at both AAC Regionals and the AAC National events held in Edmonton. I offered canine trigger points massage as well as end of day deep sport massage. Many of my clients made the podium! I truly enjoy being able to help the dogs and people achieve their goals.
I have been a member of AAC for over 25 years. I have competed Nationally and on the International stage. I understand the mental and physical strain both handler and dog endure during competition. I always say if your dog is fit and pain free that is one less thing to worry about when you step to the line.
