This opportunity was amazing! Some of the activities I engaged in were:

• Watering, fishing, and weeding plants.
• Shoveling soil and mulch.
• Passing out produce at food drives.
• Meeting local farmers.
• Supervising younger interns.
• Harvesting and planting crops.
• Trimming trees.

I loved this experience! My favorite parts were:

• Meeting new kids and helping them solve problems.
• Improving their math skills, and mine simultaneously!
• Watching them slowly improve in math and gain confidence, lesson by lesson.
