· Review SDLC project artifacts such as: Proposed solution ,Requirement matrix, Solution Design Specification (SDS) document
· Provide QA Director Approval for SDLC artifacts presented by project teams from release to release.
· Review project documentation and provide feedback based on companywide SDLC governance and solution validation prior to providing approval to project teams.

· Attend SDLC documentation review sessions with the project teams.

· Attend monthly SDLC touch point meetings with the SDLC team to assist in providing feedback for the project Artifact templates used by the project teams.
· Assist High availability (HA) team to create monthly code quality compliance reports.
· Resource management project:
o Interview all QA (Quality Assurance) managers to capture the as is process for resource management for their individual teams.
o Elicit feedback from managers on how to improve the as is process from their perspective
o Create a workflow using Microsoft Visio to display the as is process for all testing teams
o Present the as is process to QA director and Sr. Managers.
· Work package coordinator for Business Design Rogers.com/Sales and Service portal (SSP) for all lines of Business(Cable, internet, Home phone, wireless and smart home monitoring)
· Work package coordinator duties:
- Main point of contact for any and all stakeholder feedback and concerns.
- Responsible for scheduling and inviting all affected Stakeholders(e.g. Sponsors, Project managers, SMEs etc.) involved in Rogers.com/Sales and Service Portal(SSP) to all method and procedure review sessions
- Responsible for creating PowerPoint presentation for each session
- Consolidate all stakeholder feedback and requirements in one document to be accessed by all stakeholders involved
- Communicate the publication of user stories at the end of each Release
- Communicate with Org impact team to indentify stakeholders and recalibrate stakeholder distribution list from release to release
· Complete test cases for usability and business readiness teams for Rogers website on multiple operating systems(Windows explorer, Firefox, Chrome, android, IOS etc)
· Design User stories for all lines of Business(Cable, internet, Home phone, wireless and smart home monitoring) based on solution documents released from Iteration to iteration within any given Release
· Present User stories to all stakeholders involved in Rogers.com /SSP via boardroom presentation and web conference
· Required to gather feedback and requirements provided by stakeholders during User story review sessions
· Attend Rogers.com /SSP Demo sessions to confirm website functionality
· Provide feedback and requirements during Rogers.com/SSP demo sessions
· Required to attend solution delivery SME and review sessions to confirm functionality and provided feedback from iteration to iteration if required
· Assist Usability testing team(UAT) in completing test cases to confirm functionality and identify /log any defects that may be presented in SSP
