I am a graduate of Trios college’s Medical Office Assistant program and am currently in search of a wonderful new opportunity. I have over 14 years experience in the customer service industry, five of which I spent doing receptionist work and three years as a medical office assistant specifically, in a busy family/travel practice. I am very proficient with Microsoft Office. I excel at administrative duties such as filing, data entry, scheduling, billings and collections, patient registration, multi-line phone lines, email responses, collections, EMR and paper records. In addition, I have excellent interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, time management and work well in both an individual and group settings. I am driven and truly love a challenge.
