- Lead operations, growth, and development for 125+ athletes across multiple teams and age groups
- Manage full program P&L; including registration revenue, league fees, tournament expenses, and operational costs
- Direct roster construction, player evaluations, and long-term athlete development strategy
- Plan and execute tournament schedules, travel logistics, and seasonal programming
- Oversee vendor management, uniform procurement, and equipment logistics
- Build and implement scalable, year-round training systems focused on skill progression and in-game performance
- Drive program growth through targeted recruiting strategies, outreach, and retention systems
- Establish communication systems with families, athletes, and staff to ensure alignment and accountability
- Develop and manage coaching staff while enforcing program standards and performance expectations
