I have been in the bakery industry over 22 years. Within this period, I have worked as a cashier, and baker and was able to start up my own bakery and a grocery. I am capable of handling bakery equipment, Weighing, and measuring ingredients, and purchasing ingredients. In addition, I have a good knowledge processing methods of bread, Pastry and cakes. Since I was running my own business ( New Sooriya bakers and Keesal super market Sri Lanka ) I have management abilities ,Handling human resource activities ,Marketing skills , planning skills in implementation activities .Also I am well aware of sanitation and hygiene factors in the bakery .
