• Documented detailed reports of production activities including inventory levels, output rates, downtime records.
• Performed preventive maintenance on all machine shop equipment including cleaning, lubricating and replacing worn parts.
• Troubleshot mechanical problems with manufacturing equipment by diagnosing malfunctions and determining corrective actions.
• Set up and operated manual, CNC and EDM machines to fabricate tooling components to blueprint specifications.
• Developed new tool designs using CAD and CAM software including SolidWorks and MasterCAM.
• Followed standard operating procedures for each job assignment ensuring accuracy of product quality.
