While working on the construction of new townhomes located in North Langley my responsibilities included but were not limited to the following:
- Working with all trades on site helped to insure the smooth overall functioning of job site so as the obtain the highest quality final product in a timely manner.
- With regards to appliances,supervised deliveries, and completed all installations.
- Completed all presale deficiencies, and where required worked with appropriate trade(s) to complete same.
-Completed post sale deficiencies as requested by new home owners.
-Took direction from project superintendent and customer service personal as required to assist in achieving project management targets.
-Responsibilities included but were not limited to :
- Worked with staff to insure highest possible quality of care given the the horses.
- Equipment/ Facility /Property Maintenance .
- Was responsible for day to day maintenance of tractor,
gator, lawn mowers, ponds, irrigation systems, water quality systems, fences, gates, emergency generator and maintained records as required
- Worked with various trades as required. For example the installation of heaters in the foaling stalls, and the semi annual maintenance of emergency generator.
-Purchased all supplies necessary for day to day operation of property such as horse related supplies ie, grain hay tack, construction materials ie, fence/shelter building supplies, pond /water treatment supplies.
Working on various projects in various locations as carpenter/handyman/customer service.
