Grading non ferrous metals for purchase from customers. Informing customers on how to process and grade materials. Assisting unloading and weighing of materials. All with a smile regardless of how physically strenuous it is.

- Equipment operation -

Operation of forklift and front end loader.

- Shop Lead -

Training workers how to grade and process materials. Assigning daily tasks and expectations. Insuring volume of materials processed and packaged meet shipping weights. Extensive use of two way radio with yard crew and scale attendants. Consistently reacting to different situations as they arise and doing whatever it takes to get the job done, with safety as the main focus, always.

- Assembly Technician -

Use of fork lift, overhead crane and various metal working tools. Assembling structural and hydraulic components of units.

- Assembly Supervisor-

Consistently working closely with other departments to insure production flow remains on track. Training team members many different build processes. Active safety committee member. Use of computer applications dealing with build schedules, blue prints and parts inventory.
