  • Assists all customers (retail and shop) in selecting required parts in friendly, professional and efficient manner
  • Conducting research on potential products, vendors, and services, and comparing price and quality to ensure best deal
  • Monitoring inventory and writing orders to refill stock
  • Informs customers of companion part requirements and specials and ensures that customer is exposed to full product line
  • Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information
  • Reviews body shop estimates to be sure parts that are ordered are correct and all pricing is in line with estimate
