  • Led teams successfully throughout the processes, from building, repairing and testing to sustaining robots. Between July 2018 and June 2025, built and delivered 4 generations and more than 600 robots, completed 2500+ repair and maintenance work.
  • Played a critical role in prototyping 4 generations of robots, and in transitioning the product from design to manufacturing stream.
  • Led the team in creating and publishing the robot troubleshooting guides on the Company’s documentation website, and now these documents are used as HQ and Field teams’ daily work reference.
  • Created and implemented various robot troubleshooting, repair and preventative maintenance processes/procedures—these procedural work allowed for cost control and process standardization (increased efficiency).
  • Reduced the robot repair turnaround time from an average of 8 hrs/robot to 2.4 hrs/robot.
  • Created and installed Field Replaceable Unit (FRU) remanufacturing operation and Robot Preventive Maintenance Plan since 2022. As of the end of 2024, the operation and plan reduced customer downtime caused by robots by 98%, and projected sustaining cost reduced from CAD2.7/pick to CAD0.3/pick.
  • Made improvements and implementations in a total of 6 areas of repair and new production processes by exercising Lean tools and technologies.
  • Started assembly process automation with team members by successfully automating the most time-consuming and accuracy-demanding pressing process, which increased the direct assembly efficiency by 2 hours/unit.
  • Led team to practice safety protocols and participated in all COR certifications and recertifications.
  • Built a strong team with the capacity for delivery and the capability to learn and adapt.
