Through my years working at Jcpenney, I have grown my skills through the opportunities presented. Starting off as a regular sales associate on the sales floor allowed me to enhance my customer service skills. It also presented me with many situations in which I had to multitask and prioritize tasks. Jcpenney offered a great learning environment where I was able to grow in the company. I went from being a regular sales associate to being made a lead during the busy holidays. Being able to be recognized and given chances to grow only fueled my ambitions to reach the next level. My next promotion was to become a Customer Service Assistant. It was an amazing challenge for my customer service skills and sales abilities. My daily goal was to make customers leave feeling happy and satisfied. My Last promotion was to my current position as Jewelry Supervisor. I have gained more knowledge in how our store operates financially. Each position allowed me to accomplish my goals and gain the necessary experience to prove to Jcpenney that I am qualified to take on more responsibility.
