Owned and operated a successful business for a few years. Managed to look after the books, and day to day tasks. Scheduling my employees. Conflict and resolution. Have also operated shipping area, supervised the loading and unloaded of freight., Having an open-door policy is critical to employee, team player relationship. Communication is important and gives a better understanding to move forward with a company., As an owner, manager, mentor of a company, I always treated my employees the way I want to be treated. Never talk down to someone. Be sensitive to their needs and work on a resolve if an issue were to arise. My employees at the times consisted a mix of elderly, mentally challenged individuals and so on. Having them see a boss and a friend treat them with total respect, which reaped quality work.

• Grown up with two mentally challenged brothers whom was bullied so much over the year. I was the little big brother who would protect them.
• Was a coach in power lifting for the Ontario Special Olympics.
• Often help my dad who's a retired vet to advocate for other vets, homeless and alike.

All of this makes me a humble person and never take anything for granted
