Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Dispatch - Answer calls from Customers / Sales Rep/Drivers / Terminal Managers/

• functions include, Provides timely and accurate information to callers, documents
• Answers inbound calls, responds to inquiries and redirects callers to the appropriate area.
• Processes orders and service requests according to the department’s policies and procedures.
• Performs daily audits on shipping documents to ensure compliance and processes completed
• Completes Basic Level l type tasks and assignments:
• Daily scanning of completed service orders.
• Preparing paperwork for driver’s weekly routine services.
• General scanning, printing, and photocopying.
• Fulfilling daily document requests.
• Provides or updates customers with driver’s estimated time of arrival.
• escalates any concerns to a manager or supervisor.
