- 4 years of experience in all aspects of Human Relations i.e. hiring, labour relations, compensation and Benefits. - Actively managing over 600 associates in a Unionized work environment. - Experience in collectively barging at negotiations for multiple locations. - Preparing costing scenarios during collective bargaining negotiations for wages, benefits, Short term disability plan, pension, signing bonus, etc. - Proficiency of communicating with the Union stewards and Union Business representatives. - Experience in handling grievance meetings and communicating with the stakeholders. - Resolved over 300 + grievances. - Modifying and revising the existing collective agreement which incorporates all newly negotiated changes to any article of the CBA, making revisions and deletions to incorporate the newly created collective agreement. - Experience in first contract arbitration. - Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power point) - Experience using recruitment platforms – Posting on indeed, completing background checks, conducting reference calls and being proud of executing the onboarding process. - Extraordinary relationship building skills which helps me to create productive and efficient relationships with my team. - Ensuring a fair and equitable practise of recruitment.
