Celayix is a complete workforce management solution. Celayix is specialized in employee scheduling software, and their goal is to make scheduling easy. The software offers many feature including shift scheduling, time & attendance, payroll, billing etc. for a wide range of industries and community service organizations.

• Working in an agile environment, I attend daily stand-ups, and participate in sprint prioritization and planning meetings.
• Reviewing, clarifying, and validating the requirements, UI/UX designs, and providing feedback and suggestions.
• Creating a test plan and test cases based on the requirements and the documentation for the feature under test.
• Working with AWS Cloud. Checking CloudWatch logs for debugging, DynamoDB to confirm the correct data entries, file uploads in the S3 bucket, SNS for notifications, and many more stacks.

Sunrise Kitchen Cabinets specializes in single-family and multi-family kitchen cabinet projects and is a leader in the cabinet industry.

• Managed daily office operations including front desk, administration, accounts payable, and receivable duties.
• Worked on CRM software for kitchen cabinet leads and order entries to keep track, generate purchase orders, update payments, etc.
• Used Microsoft Excel on a daily basis to create different types of reports, for example, payment collection from customers and a summarized view using a pivot table. Created reports for service order generation after kitchen cabinet installation.
• Ordered and maintained office supplies and inventory regularly.

I worked here as an intern on a small online project where they were trying to streamline the Pass.org website. There were multiple accounts that were not active or had never logged in. The requirement was to clean up those accounts for better visibility and maintenance.

• Created high-level test cases for the navigation menus of the new PASS.ORG website.
• Generated detailed test cases for three different parts of an application: converting usernames to emails, identifying dormant user accounts, and membership form replacement.
