- Discussed the workplace incidents and injuries in the Joint health and safety committee meeting and making corrective actions to stop repetitive incidents
- Quickly responded to first aid calls from residents and workers of Langley gardens to give them first aid on time in emergencies
- Effectively communicated with paramedics about the condition of the residents when the problem was out of my ability or they needed an ambulance, so that they quickly came for the residents in worst condition
