The Alpha - Baseline Configuration project centered on the technical configuration of the Alpha package for new clients. Key activities included implementing layout designs, configuring IBOR workspaces, and establishing reporting and compliance features. The project also involved setting up trade order functionalities, such as Blotter, position reconciliation, and transaction reconciliation. Furthermore, it addressed client-specific requirements for new features and custom queries

• Provided expert consultancy services to Alpha clients and CRD Account Managers, including software installation, standard configuration, and testing, Investigated and resolved technical issues, configured databases, performed tracing, and conducted performance analysis.
• Gathered business requirements from clients for new features, including in trade order, IBOR, workbench, corporate actions, post-trade functionalities, and custom reports. Converted these requirements into technical specifications for the product team and created Jira tickets to oversee and manage the development process.
• Collaborated cross- functionally with development teams, infrastructure specialists and clients to co-ordinate deployment activity effectively, leveraging business analysis techniques to ensure stakeholders alignment.

The RISE project at BMO entailed the replacement of approximately 60 legacy source systems with a new system, FNZ global technology, to retrieve data and financial information, including WealthPath, EFTR, STR, RIS and Broadridge.

• Collected and documented both business and technical requirements, analyzed data flow, collaborated with the system architect, and authored comprehensive design documents detailing current and target state data architectures.
• Utilized Power Designer to reverse-engineer data flows from source systems to the target system, and developed a detailed Source Extract Specification document to guide data transmission from source to target.
• Conducted in-depth data analysis on project-relevant tables, determining source and target mappings at the table and column levels

Customized modules, configured accounts and securities, designed user interfaces, compliance testing and set up automated workflows to enhance treasury management and data analytics

• Upgraded Charles River IMS from version 19R2 to 23R1 by customizing modules (Trade Nuggets, Workbench, IBOR Workspace), configuring accounts and securities, designing user interfaces with Layout Designer, setting up report templates, automating workflows, managing user permissions, optimizing queries, compliance testing and performing system administration tasks.
• Performed the migration of Accounts, Securities, and Positions data to the upgraded Charles River IMS, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Validated data integrity and managed integration processes to guarantee smooth data flow, including seamless integration with Trade Nuggets, reporting functionalities, compliance and the IBOR Workspace.

Served as a System Integration Business Analyst for Invesco Ltd., focused on integrating the front office system Charles River IMS and the middle office system BlackRock Aladdin. Managed front office functionalities including trading, order management, execution, post-trade settlement, portfolio management, and compliance within Charles River IMS. Coordinated with BlackRock Aladdin for middle office operations, encompassing ABOR, risk analytics, and operational efficiencies, including position keeping and performance measurement.

• Developed and documented comprehensive data reference mappings and schemas for integrating Charles River IMS with BlackRock Aladdin. This role involved designing and implementing data schemas, as well as creating detailed data transformation rules to convert data formats and structures.
• Ensured consistency and accuracy in data integration by documenting field-level mappings, transformation rules, and integration points, which supported seamless and efficient data exchange and synchronization across systems

Worked as a Business Analyst on the 'BlackRock Aladdin Implementation' project, which entailed migrating over 500+ portfolios to the unified Aladdin trading platform. This project included the decommissioning of DataPhile and Bloomberg systems, and transitioning the firm to the BlackRock Aladdin trading system, along with the Eagle PACE database and Eagle STAR accounting system
