• Next-generation firewall (NGFW) technologies were successfully incorporated into the current network architecture, improving security without interfering with MPLS and VPN connectivity.  
• Employed the cautious use of Palo Alto zones and security policies to regulate traffic flow and access, guaranteeing secure administration from headquarters, branch offices, and remote sites.  
• NAT and application-driven security policies were created and put into place to provide safe, effective internet access and inter-zone communications.  
• Personalized security and application identification rules derived from Wireshark packet analysis, showcasing a creative method for managing proprietary apps that aren't detected by conventional App-ID systems.
• Logical security was put into place using firewalls, zones, and rules and policies.
