• To prepare variety of job pieces for the final construction of different kinds Truck trailers (Size of Trailer – 36’; 39’ and 48’).
• To do the heat treatment procedure of the misaligned channels to make them straight as per the requirement.
• To cut metal sheets by Oxy Acetylene and Plasma cutting methods.
• To follow the proper safety standards to avoid hazards.
• To Assist Supervisor in preparing Documents and Time Sheets.
• To inspect Heavy Lifting overhead Gantry crane for any kind of fault and failure.

• To prepare job piece(s) according to the requirement of the industry with MMAW welding technique.
• To supervise the workshop for the proper flow of work and to maintain the safety standards.
• To meet the daily production of industry as per requirement.

• To supervise the students, avoid hazardous situations in the workshop & to get most of their potential.
• To assess students on the behalf of their knowledge & skills for final examination.
• To provide training to students about Welding & its operations theoretically as well as practically (MMAW & GMAW)
• To give proper knowledge about Hand Tools & Electrical Tools.
• To teach how to work safely in the team and alone to avoid accidents.
• To maintain records and schedules of ongoing and upcoming batches.

• To make different body parts of Combine Harvest Machine & Rotavator.
• To give required shape(s) to Stainless Steel sheets by operating CNC - Bending Machine.
• To weld up to International Welding Standards & company requirement with MMAW & GMAW welding.
• Responsible for control of production & quality in the workshop.
• Optimum utilization of manpower and other resources.
