· Worked on VIP modification of CRJ 200 aircraft for Millennium and Prime Configurations by Slate Aviation.

· Designed Ceiling Panels, Over Head Bins, Sidewalls, Window Shades, and Cabin Flooring.

· Ensuring Internal customer quality requirements, prepared and released about 30 drawings as per ASME Y14. 5-2018.

· Developed innovative design concepts with multiple solutions for client approval during iterative design process, saving time on revisions later down the line.

· Managed customer communication throughout the project length, adapting design and deliverables to requirement changes.

· Supported Integration during development.

· Conducted due diligence from Preliminary to Critical Design Reviews anticipating red flags.

• Designed Structural mechanisms for 2 projects, considering compliance requirements for their reliability, manufacturing, and assembly constraints.
• Modeled Inner and Outer Panels, Strengthening Components such as Reinforcements and brackets, and designed mechanisms such as Window regulators, Handles, and Door Checkers.
• Carried out the Design and Development of a New Product Development by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders across all phases, and conducted cross-functional reviews.
• Led the development phase of Kia Seltos from the Closures team, worked with Proto teams, resolved about 60 development issues, and came up with design solutions for different technical problems.
• Benchmarked competitors’ products and maintained a cost and weight reduction ideas list.
• Demonstrated a strong commitment to innovation by registering 1 patent and serving as the department's go-to person for patents and innovation initiatives.

• Designed, and developed various car door structural mechanisms, including window regulators, door checkers, inside and outside handles, and keysets.
• Dealt with numerous variant codes in preparing a Bill of Materials that involved the influence of electric counterparts such as PIC switches in Exterior Handles for instance.
• Created 3D CAD layouts and produced conceptualization models using both Generative Surface Design and Hybrid Design approaches.
• Prepared 2D drawings for system installations that adhere to internal design standards and manufacturing processes.
• Prepared presentations for the design reviews, leveraging ENOVIA PLM for efficient data handling, Led key tasks such as STL data conversion, skin feasibility analysis, master sections creation, preliminary structural layout, and package layout fixing.
• Devised sourcing request documents, supplier communication, thereby performed Detailed Design.
• Played a proactive role in the side crash failure research team for the Hyundai i20, working on- site in South Korea to analyze the root cause and propose effective countermeasures to comply with regulations and standards of the company.
