Resident care

• Assisted clients to accomplish daily living activities including personal hygiene, feeding, ambulating, etc; supported and helped clients using different, various types of equipment such as canes, hearing aids, etc.
• Performed routine wound management, specimen collecting and medicine administration.

Care plan development, Reporting and Records management

• Have assisted clients in pursuing diverse kinds of habits and practices/rituals present in care plans such as praying, exercising, etc.
• Observed and reported clients' physical, emotional and behavioural statuses to the nearest professional available and healthcare providers at the moment.
• Have assessed resident's well-being including vitals, weight and daily inputs and outputs; document and report differences in health quality/status to supervising health care providers.
