I was leading a diverse and extensive team of 15 IT professionals. I was responsible for architecting, developing, and integrating all the IT Software and Hardware infrastructure. Below are vital projects built, successfully implemented and maintained under my direction.

Swath Arogya is an Ayurvedic Pharma company and it sells medicine via online portals and sales agents. (swastharogya.com)

• CRM (Admin Panel), Client App and Sales Agent App. The project launched in 6 Months, and a 300 % revenue increased within 3 Months of project launch. Before the project launch, the sales agent count was around 30. After three months, almost 200 Agents were active and selling company products.
• The application helped the company to get automatic leads from different sources like Facebook and google ads. Distribute leads to available agents only. Track the leads in detail, along with the agent's call recording. Agents can mark the lead as follow-up automatically. He will get its lead notification follow-up as per his marked date and time.
• There are five types of users Admin login, Team Manager Login, Team leader (TL) Login, Sales Agent Login, Dispatch Department Login and Client Login. The flow of the application is as the Admin upload leads to the system, the lead is assigned automatically to a sales agent and the agent works on that lead. The sales agent can take three actions on lead Reject, Follow-up and Success (Order Placement). If the lead is successful, the agent will place the order, and TL will cross-verify and approve. Once TL approves the order, the Dispatch department can see the order. The dispatch department will print the label and dispatch the order. The dispatch department could directly mark return orders via the Mobile Barcode scanner to the system. Agent, client, TL, Team Manager, and Admin can all see the live order status, and order tracking is implemented via courier API.
• Only the admin and dispatch departments had a computer. Reset all the CRM work done via mobile. So we can say that 200 people company has only five computers.

Hakim Baba is also an Ayurvedic Pharma company and it sells medicine via online portals and sales agents. It's just a duplicate of Swasth Arogya. Only the brand name changed. So in this scenario, we have replicated the Swasth Arogya application. So it means that both code base is the same only branding is altered. If any feature changes are needed for any company, they will automatically get applied to other ventures. The developer commits the code to the repository it gets auto-deployed for the companies in staging, test environment and production. Courier Station is a courier aggregator platform. It is a portal where you can book your parcel from one destination to another. On this portal, all the courier service provider prices and parcel bookings are available, along with cash on delivery and prepaid facility. In addition, blue dart, DTDC, ECOM, Shadow fax, and Xpress Bees courier are integrated. This project was new. (courierstation.in)

I have designed and implemented this project on the base of microservice architecture.

This project is a microservice architecture based. It was designed and implemented in 6 Months with the help of four IT professionals. Courier services are the microservices, and there is the main project. All the couriers have their microservice to coordinate with the respective courier API. All the business-related logic is written in the main application, and courier-side logic order placement, tracking etc., are written in microservice. The project is live and earning good revenue, and is well maintained.

Red Circle Studio is a film media company, and It takes contracts for Ads films, Wedding Shoots, Corporate Shoots, and Product Shoots.

I was responsible for IT Support and Data Management . Its Approx. Constant data was around 200 TB. I have locally configured NAS and SAN storage for the video editor and photo editors. So users can directly access data from storage and work on it without storing it on their local PC. For backup, we were using cloud storage.

• Successfully created and maintained automated CI/CD pipelines for code deployment using Jenkins and Ansible while automating the deployment process, eliminating 70 % of manual work and escalation of work efficiency.
• Worked with cross-functional design teams to create software solutions that improved overall functionality and performance.
