I am a dedicated employee who understands not only my role and responsibilities, but also the larger mission of the company. I am a creative thinker, disciplined and self-motivated safety professional who can come up with novel solutions. I have 13 years of experience in construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up phases of oil and gas, pipelines, thermal power plants, mining and other industries as a legal Occupational Health and Safety Expert and Permit to Work Coordinator. Throughout my tenure as an HSE professional, I conducted comprehensive site inspections, developed risk analyses, and emergency response plans. I diligently reported incident investigations and prepared HSE performance reports adhering to international practices and standards. Additionally, I actively participated in management coordination meetings, attending safety walkdowns on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. These walkdowns involved inspecting various aspects confined spaces, critical lifting operations, scaffolding inspections. My responsibilities extended to monitoring and addressing HSE non-conformances, providing guidance on corrective and preventive actions. I also played a pivotal role in conducting HSE training programs, tailored to both legal requirements and company needs. This encompassed internal and external audits to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations. In addition to that as a PTW Coordinator, I have developed and maintained a robust Permit to Work system, reviewing all planned work activities for permitting requirements. This includes ensuring the suitability of Method Statements (MS), Job Safety Analyses (JSA), drawings and other relevant documentation for the assigned task. Coordinating simultaneous operations (SIMOPS) and HSE activities, I conduct daily and weekly site audits and provide statistical updates on PTW progress and compliance. I am responsible for preparing the permit log and PTW distribution board, sharing pertinent information with all relevant departments and conducting daily PTW coordination meetings. In terms of professional development, I am keen to take an active role within the organization.
