-Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, court personnel, law clerks, and judges
-Transcribe dictation and review/prioritize all incoming mail
-Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure quick sale and delivery of sold new and used vehicles
-Greet new customers and welcome returning customers into the building
