Chicken Farmer. Outdoor Enthusiast. Sourdough Baker.

I am an international speaker, coach and writer who teach people the art of life mastery.

I have degree in Sociology, am a Certified Life coach from Results Coaching Systems out of New York and a member of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers. For over twenty-five years I have been providing guidance to people from every walk of life to improve their businesses, their relationships, their wellness and their lives.  I believe joy matters and getting outside is an unsung hero of habits. I have been called “the swiss army knife of coaches” with a knack for simplifying the most complex workplace and personal problems into small doable steps.

I share my life with my husband, two children, one dog, two cats and six chickens and I gratefully acknowledge that I live, work and play on the traditional and unceded territory of the Okanagan Syilx People.
