This regional position is responsible for coordinating and monitoring the execution of all NP6 preparation and implementation activities at the restaurant level, and acts as the liaison between the Operators, restaurants, and regional staff along with the IT Project Team (development, deployment and support).
Responsible for ensuring that assigned restaurants have a business growth plan and a targeted action plan for improvement and for consulting with and coaching the management team to achieve their plans.
Provide functional support that fosters creativity and innovation in all product categories. The new product development process is used to recommend improvements to core menu items and operational platforms according to established product standards and characteristics. Act as a functional supporter of the product development process, including new product definition, supplier sourcing, and new product production validation. Works closely with cross-functional teams to identify new procedures that fit the overall product strategy, including specific product attributes and costs. Key customers include department management, suppliers, SC, Quality
Systems, National Operations and other departments, and key Divisional personnel.
The role provides leadership, coaching, and direction to the McOpCo team to maximize each restaurant's long-term sales and profit potential. This role has the opportunity to truly impact the business through building positive business relationships with McOpCo General Managers and Restaurant Department Managers. Key stakeholders include General Managers, Restaurant Department Managers, Shift Managers, Operations Managers, and our valued guests.
