  • Provide explanations and/or clarification to taxpayers over the telephone in response to enquiries concerning the filing and processing of Individual Tax Returns.
  • Research, analyze and resolve questions or problems and requests raised by taxpayers' solutions using various internal and external information sources techniques and practices.
  • Working alongside the internal communication team to develop a new communication policy addressing the current hybrid working reality while putting a focus on CRAs employees. This new strategy aims to encourage further employee commitment toward the CRA mission and vision.
  • Write and edit content for a variety of internal communications mediums, such as a staff intranet, monthly magazine or regular email bulletin to create a positive organization image.
  • Received a training to answer incoming media calls for the CRA Quebec region communication division in Montreal during the tax season.

  • Produced eight background research and helped prepare story pitches for the production team. The backgrounders were also helpful for the production team when following up on given headline recent development. The weekly background research helped the program host conduct substantive interviews with identified guests.
  • Posted headline development on social media sites frequently to increase news broadcast traffic for the program. It kept the viewers updated about issues that would be discussed in the following show.
