● With the assistance of Cranes, Power Rigging, Chain Falls, Mechanical & Hydraulic tools; Erect, rig and reinforce Steel structures, Machinery/Equipment, Bridges and Falsework
● Layout & drill holes. Cut, Fit, Tack weld steel members for fabrication
● Operate equipment such as: Telihandler, Aerial Work Platform, Overhead Crane, Counterbalance Forklift, Rough Terrain Fork Lift & Scissor Lift
● Load and unload building materials used for construction
●Troubleshoot problems as they occur
● Inspect, detect and perform Quality Control & Safety inspections, Performance defects and Machine malfunctions
● Plan out work from blueprints, drawings, work orders, welding symbols and specifications
● Delegate tasks to be performed by apprentices
● Train/educate apprentices in proper task procedures, and safe work practices
