Benjamin Campbell

While attending Medway High school I worked as a COVID-19 screener at a long-term care facility. This gave me the opportunity to meet and talk with residences within the building, giving them some positivity in such a tough time in everyone's life. In the summer of 2021 I worked as a window cleaner and stepped into my first leadership role as a crew leader. During this time I also learned to find the confidence and resilience to become a door to door marketer. Building onto these skills I moved onto becoming Head of Sales for Campbell's Custom Painting where I developed the budget and marketing plans that aided the company in increasing their sales for this year. Over this summer I have also taken on the role as a skilled laborer where I worked as a team member and continued to market for the company during the weekends. The communication and customer service skills I have gained from these positions allowed me to recognize my desire to further my education within this field at Wilfred Laurier University in communications within a business environment.
