- Responsible for managing all stock in the bar, completing stock-takes, cashing up at the end of a day, communicating with suppliers and ordering from the brewery production schedule to always keep the freshest beer on tap. Also worked the bar regularly.
- Developed systems for tracking stock discrepancies, leading to improved accuracy in inventory reporting.
- Decision making was a huge part of this role when under high levels of pressure, decisions with the bar needed to be made and I handled all these decisions and their consequences.
- Team management as well as working as part of the crew became a huge strength over the summer period during busy times, as we kept a great team spirit and a smile on our faces throughout while keeping up with the huge demand and stress.
