• Drafted and submitted a proposal to convert the School of Mechanical Engineering into a green building following the LEED standard; responsible for researching and gathering information, cost-analysis, preparation, review, and revision of the proposal materials
• Managed the industrial partnerships in the department
• Assisted the faculty to develop various online Mechanical Engineering core courses
• Maintained the centralized database of all the SOPs, training materials, and inventories of substances of the Mechanical Engineering laboratories supplies and equipment
