  • Managing the project and communicating with the project Manager and co-workers, consultants, clients from the beginning to end.
  • Reviewing IFC drawings, Change orders, Site instructions and evaluate the cost of changes and potential construction problems,3.Ordering all necessary materials and managing the deliveries to ensure a constant and smooth work flows.
  • Minimum of 2 site visits per project , Reviewing shop drawings and coordinate for possible discrepancies.
  • Assist in the preparation of the project time and schedule
  • Managing site personnel and all internal and external team members.
  • Attend in project meetings and site tests ,preparing reports and minutes of meetings.
  • Preparing work/release breakdown structure with the other related teams.
  • Tracking and processing of all vendor and trade invoices
  • Reviewing all procedures with the safety coordinator, installers and other site personnel prior to start of window deliveries and installation
  • Follow up with Service, Plant operators, Shipping and other crews for completion of the work and maintain a log on deficiencies and outstanding items
  • Reporting directly to Site Operations Manager, and any other task assigned by the Project Manager/Site Operation Manager
