• Backpan assembly and wiring of switch gears
• Installation of components, cables and wires, grounding, bonding and terminations

• Also provide support in training team members, troubleshoot issues and provide necessary suggestions where ever there is any scope for improvement.
• Solder and manually assemble various thru-hole and surface mount electronic components on PCBs as per PC Class 2 and Class3 standards.

ELECTRICAL:

• Load calculation designing and estimation of electrical equipment,lighting and LT distribution systems for fabrication yard and construction site
• Designing suitable distribution panels for construction site
• Estimation, Erection &commissioning
• Coordinate with contractor for Removing LT & HT overhead lines, communication/network cables
• Ensuring quality &Completion schedule as per the requirement of client
• Maintaining proper documentation at site

WATER:

• Utility shifting like water line and water meter installation
• Checked for leaks or damage to identify and report potential issues affecting service quality or billing accuracy.
• Repaired non-functioning meters and tested to verify operational status.
• Responded to customer inquiries and resolved complaints

• Focusing on the development and production of complex wiring systems for the industries
• Production of wire harness with customer satisfaction and quality
• Testing of wire harness with corresponding programming code
• Monitoring of material delivery for the harness from the corresponding files
• Conducted monthly audits to ensure timely project completion
• Possess mathematical foundation, logical thinking , checking 5S and ability to working under pressure situations
• Checking the proper working of the machine

• Operation and maintenance of 110Kv and 11Kv equipments
