Summary

I am a dedicated professional with a diverse background in mental health, case management and social justice. I have a passion for shaping policy, conducting research, restorative engagement, diversity and inclusion and mental health advocacy which stems from a deep belief in the inherent worth and dignity of every individual. Throughout my career I have been driven by a desire to create positive organizational change and address systemic barriers that hinder equality and opportunity for marginalized communities. My psychology background equips me with an understanding of human behavior and interpersonal dynamics which are invaluable assets for roles in Human Resources, specifically talent assessment and employee development, conflict resolution and performance management. I am looking to explore new challenges and roles that allow me to leverage existing skills while also providing opportunities for growth and learning in the public service.
