- This position is under the Asset Control Team at the CHEP Cologne Office.
◦ Planning, organizing, and coordinating inventories in accordance with the CHEP field service and retail market across Europe(UK, Germany, Italy, France, Turkey, Slovakia, Romania, Estonia, Finland, Switzerland )
◦ Challenging customers on timely audits, analyzing results and follow-up on discrepancies
◦ Collaborating in escalation cases with Commercial Manager and Account Monitoring Teams
◦ Presenting action plans to customers to reduce their losses ◦ Ensuring consistency of physical and CHEP book stock for
individual customers, identifying and monitoring discrepancies ◦ Compiling, correcting and initiating charging of audit results
◦ Notifying audit results to customers
◦ Having meetings based on the audit results with the customers ◦ Managing process for increasing collection orders with
crossfunctional teams during high demand/supply cycles
◦ Maintaining accurate and up to date account information and
key contact information in Salesforce including activity reporting ◦ Preparing the analysis of targeted KPI ́s
◦ Participating in current department projects and other tasks as
delegated by the team manager
◦ High-Risk Customers Project: Preparing and presenting the Risk Analysis Questionnaire and the Risk Analysis Report to the customers to reduce potential losses and develop strategies
