Served as project manager for the acquisition of the Washrack company, including onboarding them onto Trimac systems. Responsibilities included tracking and managing the resources and tasks of the HR, Finance, Risk & Insurance, and IT departments involved in onboarding the new company. Project manager for the TMT (Maintenance System) upgrade and process improvement project. Coordinated software enhancements to be implement and managed the application upgrade. Ensured that business requirements, test cases, and other project documents were completed. Responsible for reporting the project status weekly to the project management office (PMO) manager and monthly to project stakeholders. Responsible for creating project charters, budgets, weekly status reports, and weekly meetings with executives.
