  • Operational Management
    From menu planning to optimizing internal processes, one of my responsibilities at the restaurant was to ensure all operations ran smoothly. I worked closely with the General Manager and owner of the other 11 restaurants to maintain efficiency.

    One of the most important aspects of my role was financial management. As I was in charge of the main branch, I handled cost control, managed the cash fund budget for all branches, and maximized profitability.

My role required building relationships with suppliers to ensure the quality and timely delivery of supplies. I also developed strong working relationships to secure the best prices and terms for the restaurant.
  • Personnel Management
    Leading, motivating, and training the team, from chefs to waiters, ensuring that each member contributes to the efficient operation of the establishment. In moments of disagreements, I guided the team to resolve them in a positive manner.
  • Strategic Planning
    This included planning and booking special events, marketing campaigns, and adapting to new market trends, such as collaborating with local influencers.
  • Inventory Control
    Overseeing the inventory of food and supplies to prevent shortages or surpluses. Effective inventory management is important to maintain the quality of dishes and minimize waste.
