• Managed scheduling for auditions, rehearsals, and performances in coordination with the Technical Director; oversaw festival communications with faculty and external stakeholders; administered casting, calls for directors, stage management, and technical crew; managed the production budget.

• Supported the Market Strategy department in analyzing film project submissions, conducting research and development, and identifying funding and distribution opportunities.
• Reviewed and evaluated external scripts and pitch materials, assessing alignment with company values, financial feasibility, and ROI potential, and conducted trend analysis and market research using platforms such as Cinando and Vitrine to inform co-production and distribution strategies.
• Researched national and international funding opportunities and requirements to support fundraising applications for various ongoing projects.

• Lead the development and execution of the Bishop's University Arts Festival (BUAF)'s marketing and communication strategies and was the head of the marketing team.
• Finalized and managed the marketing budget, expected revenues, and implemented a pricing strategy.
