Summary

Counsellor for people of all ages. Barb has worked with children as young as one year old and seniors as old as ninety-five years old. Barb uses art therapy with people of all ages. Barb has worked in agencies, for a school board and also as an independent social work, trauma counsellor and art therapist.

Creator of Programs for Self-Development. Barb has long realized the need to mix therapeutic comfort tools with counselling skills. These include a wide repertoire of breathing exercises, art activities, rhythmical body movements and encouraging clients to tell their stories. A number of these programs have been written up in journals and books.
