- Greet potential and current members with a positive, energetic, and professional demeanor.
- Assess members’ fitness goals and offer personalized advice on how GoodLife’s programs and memberships can help achieve those goals.
- Offer tours of the facility, explaining the benefits of each area, the equipment, and various services available.
- Promote and sell gym memberships, personal training packages, and other services.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for new memberships and renewals.
- Follow up with leads, maintaining a pipeline of prospects through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
- Assist new members with sign-up and registration processes.
- Be well-versed in GoodLife’s offerings such as group fitness classes, personal training, specialized programs, and additional services like supplements or retail products.
- Provide expert advice on fitness plans and how different memberships can support individual fitness goals.
- Recommend personal training services and other value-added products or services to improve customer retention and overall satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other Fitness Advisors and management to achieve overall sales goals.
- Assist in organizing promotional events or fitness challenges to attract new members and engage current members.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth customer service experiences and resolve any issues.
- Maintain accurate records of memberships, leads, and sales activities.
- Help track and update member information in the system (e.g., memberships, cancellations, renewals).
- Manage membership documents and contracts, ensuring proper completion and compliance with company policies.
- Foster a sense of community and encourage member involvement in the gym’s programs and events.
- Conduct member check-ins to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
