  • Maintain and develop strong professional working relationships with Building Management, construction, and maintenance.
  • Support day-to-day operations and service delivery.
  • Supervise and coordinates activities. electrician, plumber, garbage disposal, grounds maintenance, wastewater management, site improvements, management of building and Accommodation, HVAC, welder, carpenter, security, fire safety arrangements, office furniture’s and accommodation equipment.
  • Direct oversight in the perfect execution of daily tasks including mail services, moving, and loading and task-order management.
  • Plan and execute building maintenance and operational programs for all facilities in the camp.
  • Manage, handle, and supervise all facilities personnel.
  • Installation of security window and door blast film both building
  • Planting of flowers and trees in the camps.
  • Provide pest control in the comps.
  • Cleaning and janitorial service and laundry.
  • Provide quick support when needed in emergency situations.
  • Create a healthy and safe work environment for all maintenance workers.
  • Organise and manage waste disposal, collection, and recycling facilities.

  • Ensure that all vehicles are in good working condition, regular maintenance is conducted, and repairs are carried out in a timely manner, according to the client’s rules and regulations.
  • Ensure all vehicles have relevant and updated documents and registration papers, ensure all vehicles have mission kits and safety equipment.
  • Maintain and update Transport spreadsheet, recording of Trip, Fuel Usage and Vehicle History.
  • Monitor and control vehicle trip sheets and perform regular checks on these documents to ensure there are no irregularities or disparities in fuel consumption.
  • Handle all the facilities planning, space allocations, and cost estimations for construction materials equipment and PPE (personal protective equipment).
