Project Management

• Lead and execute in 10+ projects in range 250K-2 millions through their full lifecycle, plus 100+ projects worth under
• Review customer’s tender packages to supply windows and doors, and coordinates with customers proactively in determining project scopes and deliverables
• Allocate project tasks to team members, and ensure projects to be launched and implemented adhering to defined timelines and deliverables
• Monitor project progression of procurements, production, quality control, deliveries, and installation; solve unexpected incidents quickly with minimum impacts to ongoing projects; and adjust project timelines and deliverables correspondingly
• Validate completion of all project deliverables to ensure successful project closure, and organize post-project services if necessary
• Visit construction sites for on-site kick-off meeting, installation supervision, service inspection, and other formal and informal meetup with clients per requests
• Seek new partnership opportunities and promote company brand and products actively

Research and Development

• Participate in developing new window and sliding door products, perform empirical calculations, draft AutoCAD prototype drawings, and conduct trail testing
• Acquire NAFS and NFRC certification for new product lines via credited third-party laboratories, and ultimately registered them with NRCan
• Apply for governmental incentives such as SRED, IRAP, CanExport, and etc., to save operational cost
• Responsible for maintaining ERP system by editing database and troubleshooting issues
• Participate in work process optimization by building VBA-based features into project/activities tracking log
• Participate in building new web-based ERP system with exterior consultant to boost order processing efficiency and inter-departmental communications by roughly 50%

• Prepared bid documents/quotations from tender packages, architectural drawings, addendums, and prepared shop drawings using AutoCAD
• Negotiated with customers in quotation changes, provided professional opinion in optimized design, energy-saving strategy, and cost-saving solution, and ensured all quotations are following building codes
• Processed work orders for confirmed projects, tracked progress, identified and mitigated deviations from original schedules, and reported to manger

• Created CAD drawings in accordance with design's requirements of scale, dimension, and detail
• Verified drawing with governmental permit regulation and local drawing standards
• Particularly created drawings for building components, such as doors, windows, staircases
• Performed energy simulation for drawings and plans to verify design feasibility
